Business Object - Specify the exact name of the business object. For example: Incident

Working with Quick Action action

Only those Ivanti Neurons for ITSM Quick Actions configured to execute their work autonomously are supported. For example, Ivanti Neurons for ITSM Quick Action that require user interaction (e.g. needing the user to respond to a popup) are currently unsupported.

Ivanti do not detail support for passing parameters to Neurons for ITSM Quick Actions, and do not document support for exposing parameters of Quick Actions within their API.
