Configure which languages are available within your OneBot instance

Select the languages you want to work with and support within your OneBot instance.
Description
A new OneBot instance will be created by default with support for a single language. Each OneBot instance then needs to be configured to make any additional languages available, by adding them using the Available Languages page.
For example, if you would like workflows to support both French and English speaking users, both languages would need to be set as available. Workflows can then be configured using the language appropriate to their needs, with one set of actions for French speaking users, and different actions for users that speak English.
